Vivaldis came to us for a collaboration on an ambitious project. Can we build an AI chatbot that finds you your perfect job - through a simple conversation? Happy to report. That's exactly what Charlotte does.

This new chatbot for Vivaldis, named Charlotte, offers a new way for visitors to find jobs. When you have a job site with a broad offering, visitors can sometimes get lost in a big list of (sometimes clunky) filters. But finding a job with Charlotte could not be simpler. Just have a natural conversation describing your job and what you are looking for, and get instant results!

What users can do with the chatbot:
Find a job through natural conversation
Ask any question about Vivaldis (contact info, offices, even who is the CEO)
Some of the key technical specifications of this project include:
Based on GPT-3.5
Connection to API of Vivaldis to facilitate real-time access to current jobs
Vector storage / Embeddings to rank jobs based on relevancy to conversation
Vector storage / Embeddings to surface relevant information when needed (general company info)
Admin dasbhoard for review of conversation and most critical stats (conversations, messages, clicks to jobs)
